1. Weather Policy

All BMX lessons are held outdoors. In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions (including heavy rain, storms, extreme heat, or high winds), sessions may be cancelled for safety reasons. If a session is cancelled due to weather, participants will be offered a rescheduled date.

2. Minimum Participant Numbers

BMX sessions require a minimum number of riders to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, the session may be postponed. In this case, participants will be contacted and offered an alternative date.

3. Rescheduling

If a session is cancelled due to weather or low participant numbers, riders will be able to transfer their booking to another available session date.
